As a dated property in dire need of an update, we took on the challenge of renovating and reselling it. The Hanselpacker House underwent a complete makeover, receiving new windows, doors, siding, and a deck. We redesigned the outdated bathrooms and kitchen, installed new flooring, and created an open concept living area centered around a striking brick fireplace. Melissa played a crucial role in overseeing all design choices, ensuring a cohesive and charming aesthetic that complements the home’s new country-style ambiance.
